In the spotlight
Ruslana Lotsman is a laureate of international vocal competitions and festivals in Ukraine, Estonia, Poland, Russia, France, Germany and the United States of America. National Radio Company of Ukraine recorded a series of programs about Ruslana Lotsman. Singer has music albums "I am hugging Ukraine!" (2011), "Folk Philharmony for Heroes of Ukraine" (2014), "We’ll win with the song!" (2015), a collection of authorial works "Three grain of love – in word" (2013), collections of songs with composer I.Kyrylina (2015).
R.Lotsman is a Ph.D., Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, teacher of folk singing in M.Dragomanov’s National Pedagogical University in Kyiv. She is a soloist of the best Ukrainian orchestras, ensembles and choirs. She records Ukrainian folklore in different villages and towns, writes poems and songs. She has honoured by different awards, as: Medal for the 200th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko’s birthday, Order "Independence of Ukraine, Medal "Glory to Ukraine - glory to Heroes!", Order "For loyalty to the people of Ukraine" for volunteering and supporting the soldiers in Donbass combat zone, the title "Honored Artist of Ukraine" from the President of Ukraine.
