Evgeny Tutynin was born in 1984 in Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region. He graduated from the Tchaikovsky Institute of Music in Chelyabinsk. He took singing lessons from Elena Obraztsova, Yuri Grigoryev and Valentina Levko. He is actively giving concerts.
Winner of the 1st prize of the XI Moscow Open Youth Competition "Dedicated to Chaliapin" (2013). Diploma-winner of the All-Russian Competition named after Pirogov (2005). Diploma-winner of the international competition "Romansiada" (2011).
At the opera studio of the Tchaikovsky Institute of Music, he performed the part of Mizgir from the opera by N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov "The Snow Maiden". (Chelyabinsk)
At the opera studio at the Maimonides Academy performed the part of Eugene Onegin from the opera of the same name by P. I. Tchaikovsky and the part Alfio from P. Mascagni's opera “Country Honor” (Moscow).
In 2020, he was a member of the jury of the contest "International Competition-Festival of Performers on Musical Instruments and Vocal Art in Video Recordings".
