World Folk Vision - Asia plus

The Eurasian Council on Culture, Science and Education put forward the initiative to hold an ethno-cultural festival "World Folk Vision - Asia plus" within the framework of the "World Nomadic Games" in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on September 2-8, 2018.

The festival will feature a wide variety of genre forms. Creative groups of each country are given the opportunity to show the multifaceted and diverse world of folk art, to acquaint guests with the rich history and culture of regions and ethnic groups. These are dances, songs, instrumental performance, epos and art works.

More than 50 accredited world media will cover the events. The events will unfold in the most picturesque place of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on the Issyk-Kul lake. More than 30 countries from North, West and East Africa, Brazil, Venezuela, Cuba, Germany, Latvia, Bulgaria, Italy, Austria, Serbia, Albania, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia have already confirmed their participation.
