In Moscow headquarters of the World Folk Vision were held the official presentation of the status of Plenipotentiary Representative of World Folk Vision in Israel to the President of the Red sea joy's Eilat festival Ore Ashkinadze.

The Eurasian Council for Culture, Science and Education did not accidentally decide to give a status in Moscow. Long years of active work in the field of organizing high-level festivals between Russia and Israel brought the work of the festival to a new level of confidence in interaction with representatives of other countries. The qualitative standard of organizational work gave impetus to the successful implementation of cultural exchange programs within the framework of developing the tourist attractiveness of countries.

Representatives of four Federal Districts of the Russian Federation, Austria, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and others attended the presentation.
