Requirements for participants
GENERAL EVALUATION CRITERIA
Particular attention is attracted to bright entertainment numbers. However, this in no way negates the technical skills of performers.
Judging categories: originality of the material, technical and style decision and the significance of the perfomance being performed.
Requirements for the "Dance Competition"
Contestants are performers: Solo, Small forms (from 2 to 5 people), Ensembles.
To participate in the Competition are invited performers with experience and without the experience of concert performances in the categories: Classical ballet, folk dances, ballroom, sports, modern, variety, street (street) and others.
The composition is performed for a maximum of 3 (three) minutes. For performers of folk dances with a number of 15 people, the duration is up to 4:30 min. Phonograms are accepted only of good quality.
Based on the results of the voting, the jury determines the "Top Ten Performers of the WFV Dance Contest" and the "Grand Prix" winner, who receives a cash prize. The remaining participants are awarded: "Certificate of the Finalist" and "Certificate of the Semi-finalist".
The competition is organized according to age groups:
- For WFV - kids: up to 8 years, up to 12 years, up to 16 years
- For WFV: 17 years and over
Requirements for the "Song Contest"
Contestants are performers: Solo, Small forms (duet and trio), Ensembles.
To participate in the Competition are invited performers with experience and without the experience of concert performances in vocal nominations: Academic vocals, jazz, folk, pop, rock, rap and choral singing.
The song is performed with a duration of no more than 3 (three) minutes, accompanied by a "minus one" soundtrack. Recording of auxiliary voice (back-vocal) is acceptable in case it does not duplicate the main voice (melodic line). Phonograms are accepted only of good quality.
According to the results of the voting, the jury will determine the "Top Ten of the Best WFV Song Contestants" and the winner of the Grand Prix, which receives a cash prize. The remaining participants are awarded: "Certificate of the Finalist" and "Certificate of the Semi-finalist".

- For WFV - kids: up to 8 years, up to 12 years, up to 16 years
- For WFV: 17 years and over.
Requirements for the contest "Fashion Show"
To participate in the contest are invited designers, creative teams with the presence of a design collection, models and director's production.
The show is performed for a maximum of five (5) minutes. Phonograms are accepted only of good quality.
Based on the results of the voting, the jury determines the "Top Ten Best Designers of the WFV Contest" and the winner of the Grand Prix, which is awarded a cash prize. The remaining participants are awarded: "Certificate of the Finalist" and "Certificate of the Semi-finalist."
The competition is organized according to age groups:
- For WFV - kids: up to 12 years, up to 16 years
- For WFV: 17 years and over.
Requirements for the "Instrumental
Competition"
(Soloists, Small forms, Ensembles)
Applicants are invited to the competition in the following nominations: piano, wind and percussion instruments, string-bow instruments, folk instruments, instrumental ensembles.
The competition is organized according to age groups:
- For WFV - kids: up to 8 years, up to 12 years, up to 16 years
- For WFV: 17 years and over.
Contestants perform one work of no more than 3 minutes duration;
In solo instrumental nominations it is allowed to use a minus phonogram or pianistic accompaniment.
Requirements for the "Competition of the original genre"
Contestants are performers: Solo, Small forms (from 2 to 3 people), Ensembles.
To participate in the Contest participants are invited with different directions and genres, capable of surprising the non-standard performance of the number.
The number is no longer than 3 (three) minutes.
