Particular attention is attracted to bright entertainment numbers. However, this in no way negates the technical skills of performers.

Contestants are performers: Solo, Small forms (from 2 to 5 people), Ensembles.
To participate in the Competition are invited performers with experience and without the experience of concert performances in the categories: Classical ballet, folk dances, ballroom, sports, modern, variety, street (street) and others.
The composition is performed for a maximum of 3 (three) minutes. For performers of folk dances with a number of 15 people, the duration is up to 4:30 min. Phonograms are accepted only of good quality.
Based on the results of the voting, the jury determines the "Top Ten Performers of the WFV Dance Contest" and the "Grand Prix" winner, who receives a cash prize. The remaining participants are awarded: "Certificate of the Finalist" and "Certificate of the Semi-finalist".

The song is performed with a duration of no more than 3 (three) minutes, accompanied by a "minus one" soundtrack. Recording of auxiliary voice (back-vocal) is acceptable in case it does not duplicate the main voice (melodic line). Phonograms are accepted only of good quality.
According to the results of the voting, the jury will determine the "Top Ten of the Best WFV Song Contestants" and the winner of the Grand Prix, which receives a cash prize. The remaining participants are awarded: "Certificate of the Finalist" and "Certificate of the Semi-finalist".
